Vegetarian(vegan)burgers

1 cup(250gr)brown lentils
1 cup rice
Cook lentils and rice in separate bowl until soft.Put cooked lentils in food processor and blend for 1 min.Combine rice and mushed lentils in a bowl,add 3 tbsp of flour,1 cup of tofu,spices(to your taste),salt and pepper,olive oil,parsley(or coriander).
Shape lentil mixture into patties and fry.If you want to bake them,add 1/2 cup of olive oil and 1 tsp of baking powder into the mixture and mix well.Bake in moderate(185C)oven until golden brown.
