meet you

Post by syama »

hello,

i´m syama from germany. while listening saturdays broadcasting i´m allways thinking that it would be nice to know also other listeners. we are a big community but don´t know anything about each other.

i would like to suggest that we use the chat-room of harimedia.net or msn to meet during the week and just talk about everthing of interest, e.g. last lecture, nice movies, thinks happen in the world, vegetarien recipes...

like meeting friends from time to time in a cafe....

whats about wednesday 16,00 utc (london) time?

what do you think??? :026 :026 :026

A great idea indeed. Unfortunatelly I guess am still at work at this time so this time it may not be possible for me to attend the discussion, but may be another time.

the time and day was just a suggestion. everybody who is interestet can tell us what would be the best time (in utc-london-time-so everybody can calculate than the own time according to there time-zones) and than we see what is the best time, or to meet on different times.

i opend on msn a group- DivineHarmony-. to chat

please send me a messege with your e-mail so i can send you an invitation for this privat group.

Hello Syama!
I like your idea! :002
So I introduce myself: I am Melinda (or Maha). As you like better. I also think it would be nice to know each other here. After all, there are not so many like minded people in this world, who more-less come with a similar background, or situation in life.. isn't it so?
I'm from Beograd - Serbia.

Well, After Syama told me there was no chat to be found on our site I realized that we had removed the chat as no one had used it. Ooops, as they say! And I thought she was going to use the MSN chat which is anyway better but which is somewhat harder to use as a meeting point. So we restored the old chat database and Gaura will get it running very soon. So you can continue with this endeavor. I will try to find a better chat, but this one works ok. Make sure you have a fast refresh time on the chat.

Have fun. Hari

This is a nice idea, but the only problem is that nobody is logged in at the same time. Usually I am alone every time I visit here, or to the MSN group. I can only leave messages to people to read later when they log in. But this is what we are already doing here...

(I wish I could be friend to all of you, and meet you in real life, where I could actually see you.. This way is a little bit complicated. All these timezones, and everything..)
So, hi everybody, and have a nice weekend!
(and May Day too) :022

Hi Maha, nice to read from you again. I saw your photo on Syama´s MSN Divine Harmony discussion forum, two days ago, its beautifull and very artistically made. The problem I have with this discussion forum program, is I dont know so well how to use them in order that my text apeares there on the screen. How is Harimedia chat working? Can you tell me maybe how to use the chat. I saw until now just what our friend Syama has written there. My text I could not see, maybe I make something wrong. Its a problem when one is not so expert with this computerstuff. Dear Maha I wish you also a nice weekend, I hope you have some beautifull and sunny days there at the lake where you are living.

hi again. it would be nice if you succest a time for meeting. i know it´s difficult due different time zones but since we cannot change that we need to be flexibel (time, place, circumstances  ) the easiest way is to always make all apointments in gmt/utc/london time so everybody can callculate according the place of living.

harsi, i wrote 3 messages on harimedia chat how to use, just try.

on msn divine harmony, you klick on the chatlink at teh left site . than it takes a second and you get a note that msn locked you in with your ip adress. under this window you will find an other window were you can type your message, pressing enter it will appear on the window above. on msn only persons online at the same time can read the text and chat. text will not be stored like in harimedia chat and only persons registered in divine harmony can read conversation as long it´s going on.
hope this helps.

next wednesday 16,00utc next try????
which time/day whould be best for you????
do you prefer msn or harimedia chat????
