A Delicious and Healthy Shake

I'd like to share my current favorite:
1 cup organic soy milk
1/2 cup organic yogurt (I like Frivan brand)
1/2 teaspoon blue-green algae (I use a freeze dried one, Klamath)
1 or 2 teaspoons cinnamon flavored Flax seed oil
Put ingredients into blender and mix.
Of course you could add some fruit if you like, the above is my basic. I use this shake as a mid-morning and sometimes mid-afternoon snack. Good for body and soul, and it really boosts my energy level. Enjoy
