A Delicious and Healthy Shake

I'd like to share my current favorite:

1 cup organic soy milk
1/2 cup organic yogurt (I like Frivan brand)
1/2 teaspoon blue-green algae (I use a freeze dried one, Klamath)
1 or 2 teaspoons cinnamon flavored Flax seed oil

Put ingredients into blender and mix.

Of course you could add some fruit if you like, the above is my basic. I use this shake as a mid-morning and sometimes mid-afternoon snack. Good for body and soul, and it really boosts my energy level. Enjoy

Could you spare me the trouble and reveal the ratio between carbs, fats and proteins in your drink? To make it even more troublesome for you, tell us what sort of fats it contains? :roll:

Sorry Pamu I have no idea. All I know is that it has a lot of healthy ingredients, and seems to help me feel more energetic for my busy schedule.
