That is cool! But menu is a little bit tricky and you have to be smart enough to guess it (at least for me). I think that the ordinarily bar is more obvious and easy to use.

Site is mobile friendly and all mobile users are familiar with this kind of a menu...

Too much work to change it now...

Menu does not work with javascript disabled.

It is bad style of design, or sign of beggars, which can not afford to write even 3 lines of own code and have to depend on others' "ready to use" templates, or sign of preference for visual effects over content and readability, or all that.

The easy solution: menu should be a link (<a href=...> for example) to a page with all that links (sitemap page or so). Menu may work as usual when js is enabled.

It may be possible that your RapidWeaver has the feature (to make such no-javascript friendly menu).

Also, this forum "Quick links" menu is an example of no-javascript friendly menu.
