Suggestions for consciousness expansion

Hari,

Presently I don't have enough time to catch up on many of the lectures on your site. Therefore I wonder if you could recommend certain lectures that would be helpful. I'm interested in some detailed info, e.g., methods, philosophical approaches etc. in regard to expansion of consciousness. Maybe there are several lectures that deal with this, maybe some more than others. Hope my question is clear, and thanks in advance for your answers.

This is difficult for me to answer as there are so many lectures! I do not remember them very well. Maybe others in this forum can assist you better than I can? Maybe if you were a bit more specific in your request it might be easier? I think all the lectures are about consciousness expansion in one form or another. I think each detail of our existence acts as a catalyst to expand consciousness in one way or another. There are many lectures that focus more on the esoteric mystical side of spirituality, but I am not sure if this is what you want.
